   Another consideration is domain aliasing. For example, these are equivalent:
   JohnDoe@gmail.com
   John.Doe@googlemail.com

   As can be:
   JaneDoe@outlook.com
   JaneDoe@hotmail.com
   JaneDoe@msn.com
   JaneDoe@live.com
