Would it be possible to Register for HIBP EMail Notification via another designated EMail Address provided, to which the HIBP Notification could be "forwarded" ? ie.: Confirmed and Secure Registration under a designated EMail Address, for one or more 'Closed' EMail Addresses ?

I am a retired military professional and have had accounts at different times searching for service member that I was directly in charge of 3 of which weee using the site to prostitute themselves. Needless to say I had to end that behavior and was successful and I am now implicated in this breach. The email account is closed and I have no way of determining how much harm has been done. Can you help me? f
