Multi user account
As a company, we have a domain name. We need to create different users with different roles.

For the foreseeable future, our suggestion for enabling multi-user access remains using a shared mailbox.

Fair enough.
But I'm confused about the status of the request. I don't see much value in having a voting system if new ideas that are not aligned with the current roadmap move to "declined". It seems that it's a matter of scale and size to have this feature, it's not a matter of product vision. Customers won't be able to lobby for the features they want sooner rather than latter.
