I support those coming to your site searching once there list is made on dashboard to each company that is in an ongoing lawsuit the searcher be notified w a link to the claim site for them to use if they choose to or for companies thatt are not currently involved in settlements the weblink to their site so that at least the conaumers know what if anything they are offwring them to correct or protect them going forward at least then we may feel some comfort in regaining back our money info or be protected amd also know which compamiea cleaely just dont care too I don't see how just allowing customers to know that they have the options they do available from these companies most never are notified of and believe me my ssn is almost numerical so I'm a hackers dream in an algorithm I usually am in over 30 a yr and notified of five avg since internet began I've never been. Able to establish credit successfully and i generally only involve myself where it was seriously damaging and even then I've never recovered much I don't see where legally placing a notice at the link severing any liability upon wrongful info or claim determinations amounts etc once leaving site clicking link are hurting anyone or causing any liability but for those others out there like myself it's literally a fight to survive TransUnion nine times out of ten has so much inaccurate info they cannot even verify I'm me for a credit score pull by all three bureaus sadly that's how often people are using that breached info too I just really hate for any one to instantly not even consider the possibility of the good it can bring due to a bad apple when legalities can be placed to protect u but honestly who protects me the us won't let u change your SSN number and forever living without credit let's just say life's been hard I don't even consider it an option never have my whole life never had the opportunity shut down before I got there and at 18 my score was 460 I didn't even know that wasn't normal 20yrs ago I just thought u had to build it up didn't know that wasn't normal never owned a home only one car at crazy prices can't get loans credit cards help in need and life's tough I'm nearly 50 now and never got to live and there are lots of basic algorithm numbers like me out there millions thousands impacted as strongly I honestly don't feel like with the right release of liability by the link maybe even agreement to it upon clicking that anyone would hold u personally responsible for ur info you don't claim perfection and that's ok but u do offer valuable info to others with no real info on what options there are there to help alleviate their pain from it being offered most people wouldn't think to even inquire about or be notified to do let alone how to do it maybee even just a small info paragraph informing people to contact these companies for possible recovery or protection in a clause even vague but letting them be notified protection offers are there lawsuit recovery's and general recovery of some info is possible
