The ability to report data breaches
In many cases of small businesses, customers know about problems through internal emails much faster than large media. So there should be the possibility to report data breaches with sources. Perhaps with a form and in addition you can forward internal e-mails directly.

I have a unique email address for my Discord.com address. The address does not indicate being pwned on HIBP, yet I am getting these Zendesk spams to the address.

I'm guessing my email address was leaked as part of the Oct 2025 Discord/5CA/Zendesk data breach, so I was hoping to confirm that on HIBP, but was surprised not to get confirmation.
I'd like to suggest this data breach for inclusion in the HIBP email searches, hence it would be nice if there were a way to report data breaches.
