Why did I receive an email indicating pwned on the JustDate fabricated breach, but when I search from the Home page, not listed?
Why did I receive an email indicating pwned on the JustDate fabricated breach, but when I search from the Home page, only the Linkedin breach is noted? Is it possible that the email was spoofed? It looks almost exactly like the one i received when you posted the Linkedin breach. I suspect many others are in this same situation. Esp. if the Justdate breach was indeed 24 million people as the email indicated. Thanks.
It’s fully explained in the link in the email: https://www.troyhunt.com/introducing-fabricated-data-breaches-to-have-i-been-pwned/

Got it. Tx!! Tremendous service!!

Per the explanation in the blog post, because it's a dating site the breach has been flagged as "sensitive" so is not publicly searchable. Use the notification service and you'll get an email with a private link that will show it.

Tx troy. But altho the email explains your process and reasoning for fabricated breaches, it doesn't explain why I received the email, but the site does NOT return the JustDate fabricated breach when I search on that email address. Something still amiss here. If I received the email based on a specific email address, I should see the JustDate breach returned when search HIBP on that email address. No?
