Stop sending bogus emails
I've had emails saying that both my tumblr and MySpace accounts have been breached, however I don't have accounts on either system.

You're receiving notifications because your email address is in the breach. It may be that someone else registered your address, that someone added your address to the breach after extracting the data or that you simply forgot about an account from many years ago. Either way, your address was in the breach data which is why you received the emails.
